What happens when you go for a treatment?Whatever treatment you choose, your first appointment will include a consultation where you will be asked questions about your health and lifestyle. This is an important aspect of the treatment as it is beneficial for the therapist to have an understanding of all the factors that may be affecting your health.
How long will a treatment last?
Reflexology - 1 hour
Indian Head Massage - 30 minutes
The Bowen Technique- 45-60 minutes
Please add a further 15 - 30 minutes for your first treatment to allow for the consultation.
Does Reflexology hurt or tickle?
Reflexology does not tickle as the pressure used is quite firm. The pressure used will be adjusted to suit you and although some sensitivity my be experienced it will not be painful.
